Can you supply a single part, not a complete set?
Yes. Single-piece supply for a DD or breakdown is our normal work. The only practical minimum is that the part can be identified — maker-list position, drawing number, or a photo with dimensions.
How do you handle counterfeit and look-alike parts?
Every item is quoted with its maker named. Where the original maker is unavailable we propose an equivalent and say so explicitly, including which class documents it will carry; we never present an equivalent as OEM.
Do you work directly with ship managers and technical superintendents?
Most of our enquiries come from technical departments, ship managers and yards. We quote to the technical description rather than to a catalogue page number, which is usually faster for the superintendent.
Which ports can you ship to?
